Our Fees

At Rayburn West Financial Services, we believe clients should understand exactly how they pay for advice and what they receive in return. For complete terms, please review our Form ADV Part 2A and advisory agreement.

Fee Details

Investment Management
(Primary Service)

% of AUM

What We Do:
We design and actively manage a portfolio aligned to your goals, risk tolerance and tax profile. Services include portfolio construction, disciplined rebalancing, tax-aware trading, quarterly reviews and integrated planning check-ins.

How Fees Are Determined:
Your rate is based on household AUM and portfolio complexity. Breakpoints may reduce the effective rate at higher tiers. Fees are billed quarterly in advance; households may be aggregated.

Extra Value:
If you paid a standalone planning / retainer fee and begin AUM with us, we credit  those fees toward your first-year AUM fees (subject to cap).

Financial Planning

(Standalone)

Flat Fee or Credited to % of AUM Fee

What We Do:
We build a prioritized, actionable plan - retirement readiness, taxes, estate considerations, risk management, education funding, major purchases -and clear next steps.

How Fees Are Determined:
The fee depends on the scope and complexity of your plan. One-time plans are 50% at signing / 50% at delivery.

Extra Value:
For clients in our Investment Management service, ongoing planning updates are included at no additional charge. If you start AUM within 12 months, fees paid may be credited (subject to cap) toward first-year AUM fees.

Business Transition Planning
(Standalone)

Flat Fee or Credited to % of AUM Fee

What We Do:
We lead a finance-first readiness process - not a sale or ops project. Deliverables focus on transition options, after-tax proceeds modeling, liquidity runway, and coordination with your CPA / attorney.

How Fees Are Determined:
Fees are based on readiness, scope and support level, either month-to-month or one-time fee.

Extra Value:
We do not charge success-based / transaction fees and do not solicit buyers or negotiate deal terms. When needed, we coordinate with a licensed M&A broker. At any stage, we can integrate accounts and future proceeds into an ongoing Investment Management relationship with RWFS, with eligible fees credited (subject to cap) toward first-year AUM.
